You don't have to have it all figured out.

Hi, I'm Lucy.

Come as you are.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with young adults navigating identity, queerness, addiction and recovery, trauma, mental health, relationships, and the messy in-between.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, harm-reduction focused, and personalized. You don't need the right label or the perfect explanation before you show up.

Questioning counts. You're welcome here. ♡
Services

Bring the complicated stuff.

You do not need a tidy story. We can start with whatever feels loud, confusing, heavy, or hard to put into words.

Queer + Questioning

Identity, gender, sexuality, coming out, or simply figuring out what fits.

Addiction + Recovery

Substance use, harm reduction, recovery, relapse prevention, and rebuilding.

Mental Health

Anxiety, depression, chronic mental illness, overwhelm, mood shifts, and feeling stuck.

Relationships + Family

Chosen family, boundaries, breakups, difficult family systems, and attachment.

Trauma + Healing

Trauma-informed care that moves at your pace, with trust and safety at the center.

Life Transitions

Big shifts, confusing seasons, changing identities, and “what now?” moments.

My approach

Therapy isn't about
fixing you.
It's about freeing you.

You get to be messy.
You get to change your mind.
You get to take up space.
You get to be you.
